Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY) Post-UTME form is out for sale ahead of the 2013/2014 post admission screening.

To apply, candidate must have chosen the school as first or second choice polytechnic in JAMB and scored at least 150.


How to buy OSPOLY post UTME form
Pay the sum of three thousand seven hundred naira only (N3,700.00 - for application form & result checker card) into the school account with any of the following banks listed below:
- Ospoly Microfinance Bank, 
- UBA Bank Iree, 
- UBA Bank Ibadan, 
- UBA Bank Lagos State,
- UBA Bank Ogun state.
